Agricultural Heritage Center
Located at the Clemson University Edisto Research Station, this center consists of a museum interpreting the historical and cultural influences of agriculture on the area and a hands-on learning facility focusing on both the past and the future.
Allow 1 hour.
South Carolina National Heritage Corridor Region 3 Discovery Center
Interactive heritage museum representing Aiken, Bamberg, Barnwell and Orangeburg counties. Railroad themed experience includes: exhibits designed to entertain and educate visitors on the history of the region; gift shop featuring Palmetto themed items and local artwork; visitors services, educational programming and guided or self-guided tours.

Blackville Historical Tour
Your step-on guide will present historical downtown, churches and homes, Healing Springs, Civil and Revolutionary War sites and the Mennonite Community. Choose the Mennonite Church History and Culture option and one of the church elders will invite you in and share the history of their church and a bit about their way of life. Another option is a visit to Lil's Herb Garden. Here Lil shares her herb garden and secrets for growing, preserving and using herbs. You may choose to end your tour with the Afternoon Tea option. You will be welcomed into a Mennonite home where you will enjoy a choice of several kinds of tea as well as sandwiches and pastries. A trolley is available for the town portion of the tour for an additional fee. Time varies depending on selected options.
