|Event Name:||Joye In Aiken 2020: Festival Finale|
|Event Description:||Michael Thurber is a Juilliard-trained bassist known for his incredible versatility in multiple genres and his work as a founding member of Jon Batiste's house band on The Late Show. Tessa Lark, his performing partner, is a spectacularly talented fiddler and classical violinist. Sam Reider is the accordionist/pianist whose group, The Human Hands, were the runaway hit of the Joye of Jazz last March. Pianist Peter Dugan and his vocalist wife Kara are the made-in-heaven, Juilliard-trained couple who can do anything from art songs to Broadway. To be honest, we don't know exactly what will happen when we put them all on a stage - but we can't wait to find out. We're betting that there will be some pretty spectacular musical fireworks.
Tickets $50; Students FREE with ID. Available online or contact the Etherredge Center Box Office 803-641-3305.
