| Event Description: | Start your New Year's resolution out on the right foot with a scenic hike at Redcliffe Plantation State Historic Site. Enjoy a guided brisk hike with magnificent views of Redcliffe's historic plantation mansion and terraced landscape. So get out of the house, enjoy the fresh, crisp air, and join us at Redcliffe Plantation State Historic Site as we kick off the New Year. Make sure to bring water, binoculars, insect repellent and a camera if you desire. The walk takes place off-trail so be sure to wear good hiking boots. Make sure to dress for the weather. Free to hike trail. Option to go to rooftop after is $5. Please make reservations ahead of time to attend hike and let us know if you would like to go to the mansion rooftop after. |
