| Event Description: | *Due to the worsening forecast for Saturday morning the Aiken Memorial Day Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel Saturday's Parade. We hope that each of you will find your own way this weekend to remember all those that gave their lives for our freedom. The Aiken Memorial Day Parade is set for Saturday, May 27, starting at 10am at Park Avenue and Union Street. Parade route will continue along Park Ave and Laurens St. Participation is open to businesses, youth organizations, schools, churches, local bands, veteran and military service organizations, all to honor the sacrifices and service of military members and their families. |
