Event Name: The Etherredge Center Cultural Series - Vienna Boys Choir

Event Description: The Vienna Boys Choir is the world's foremost children's choral group, and is among the oldest of all musical organizations, having been founded in 1498. Throughout history, noted composers such as Mozart, Caldara, Salieri, Gluck, and Bruckner have worked with the choir. Today, there are 100 choristers between the ages of 10 and 14, divided into four touring groups. Between them, the choirs give around 300 concerts each year, attended by almost half a million spectators around the world. These young cultural ambassadors are known for their wide range of repertoire, purity of tone, and generosity of musical spirit.
