| Event Description: | The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department announces the Take-A-Hike event on Saturday, November 11th from 11:30am - 1:30pm at Aiken State Park located at 1145 State Park Rd, Windsor, SC. Join us for a guided group hike at Aiken State Park. Learn new hiking tips & tricks and hear funny and harrowing hiking stories from experienced trail walkers. Hiking lets you explore the natural world, exercise, enjoy time with friends and family, or grab a moment of silence alone. This event is free, and all ages are welcomed. Adults must accompany children 13 and under. Participants will receive light refreshments and snacks. Sign up now at the Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior and Youth Center, Odell Weeks Activities Center, or the Smith-Hazel Recreation Center. Registration is required, and space is limited. For more information, call 803-643-2181 |
