| Event Description: | Walk in the hoof prints of racing immortals like Kelso, Swale, Pleasant Colony, Tom Fool, Gallorette, Shuvee and many more. See the locations of the most iconic and historic stables and locations in Aiken. Stops will include the Aiken Steeplechase Course, Hidden Stable, Bwamazon Stable and the Buckland Farm Stable Annex. The program will be held on Saturday, January 18th. The cost is $20 per person. Bring your cameras and wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Meet at the Rye Patch Parking Lot at 7:45am to load on mini buses to the Aiken Training Track. For more information, call 803-643-2121, Monday - Thursday from 9am - 2pm. |
