| Event Description: | As a part of 'Revolutionary Days! In Allendale County', the Allendale SC250 Revolutionary War Committee is pleased to present special screening events and discussions with audiences of two award-winning docudramas, All for Liberty, and Echoes of Freedom: Heroes from the American Revolution in January at the Carolina Theater in Allendale. The films were produced by Actors' Theater of South Carolina's Moving Images Group to explore lost heroes and help Americans discover the Revolutionary War era in our state. Screenings are Sunday, January 5th and Saturday January 18th at the Carolina Theater. The screenings include panel discussions with the creators of the films - director , producer, and co-star, Chris Weatherhead, Executive producer and star, Clarence Felder, co-star, Michael Easler, joined by Scholars Alexia Jones Helsley and Damon L. Fordham. The panels following each screening will engage audiences on key issues of the seven years war. The actors will attend as the heroes they portray and answer questions regarding their actions in the war.
