Description: 1859 Greek Revival antebellum mansion of James Henry Hammond and four generations of his family. The house is complete with furniture, decorative arts and artwork from the various periods of occupation. The site also features two slave quarters and a stable with exhibits. Special programs are offered throughout the year. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Grounds: 9am - 6pm, daily.
House Tours: 11am, 1pm and 3pm, Thursday - Monday. Note, the 11am tour is subject to cancellation due to school groups. Please contact the park if interested in the 11am tour.
