Description: Located US 78, 16 miles east of Aiken. Built in 1934, this park, located along the free-flowing Edisto River, is a combination of a river swamp and dry sandhills. Facilities include campsites (RV and primitive), nature trail, 1.7-mile canoe trail and picnic shelters. Activities include birding, hiking, fishing, paddling and boating. Canoe, kayak and paddle boats rentals available seasonally.
Canoe rentals must be made 24 hours in advance through the park office.
